Wigeon – Straight Head

This drake Wigeon is my own design, but is a pretty standard decoy in terms of attitude and head position. The majority of decoys in most rigs are looking straight ahead, although mine almost always have slightly turned heads to give a more realistic and relaxed look.

Carved from juniper, this classic decoy is very light. He is rigged and ready to hunt or sit on the mantel. Branded “Joe Seme” on the bottom.
